Fabric Inspection
Fabric quality is inspected under proper lighting to ensure smooth production and prevent issues during manufacturing.
Color Matching
Color matching is the process of combining pigments, dyes, and special-effect colors to achieve a precise shade in a specific material or polymer. The process may also involve additives such as dispersants and stabilizers to ensure color consistency, performance, and quality.
RFI Checking
This is a dedicated quality control process in which each garment is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets all specified requirements and quality standards.
Final Inspection
Final Inspection is the stage where every garment is evaluated against set criteria before tagging and packing. Expert quality checkers assess each unit, monitoring measurements, stitching, color, printing, and embellishments to ensure top-quality standards.
GSM, Bleed & Washing Test
GSM testing is conducted before using the fabric, and a color bleed test is mandatory. At TDP, every fabric lot is tested prior to production. Wash and color bleed tests, including commercial and tumble washes, ensure the fabric’s color durability and consistency.
