GGT Paper Pattern

Gerber Garment Technology (GGT) has significantly reduced the time and effort required in traditional manual pattern making, especially when multiple garment sizes are needed. With this advanced technology, only one base size is created, and additional sizes can be developed quickly and accurately through a computerized process known as grading. This system enhances efficiency, precision, and consistency in garment production and development.

Cake Cutting

Golden Needle Production has experienced fabric cutting specialists who efficiently manage large scale production requirements. The company operates three spacious and fully dedicated cutting facilities designed to support high volume garment manufacturing with accuracy, speed, and consistency.

Manual Cutting

Manual cutting is carried out alongside cake cutting to handle garment production requirements that involve specific quantities, detailed designs, or complex patterns. In such cases, traditional cutting methods using conventional scissors are preferred to ensure greater precision and attention to detail.

Cutting After Sublimation

All sublimation printed garments at Golden Needle Production are carefully cut manually by skilled workers to maintain precision and quality standards. The company has the production capacity to handle up to 1,800 sublimation cut pieces per day efficiently.
